Sabrina Williams, MBA, is the interim vice president of Human Resources at Brigham Health. She began working with the leadership team at BH in December 2016 as she transitioned out of her prior role as vice president of Human Resources at Neighborhood Health Plan.
Williams has more than 15 years of experience as an HR executive. Prior to joining NHP, she served as the director of Human Resources for the Health Science Campuses at Tufts University. She has also held leadership roles at a variety of nonprofit organizations, including the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, South End Settlements and the Roxbury Community College Foundation.
With her extensive knowledge and experience, combined with leadership skills and talent, Williams focuses on several strategic areas in her role at BWHC: recruitment and retention, change management, diversity and inclusion, and workforce development.
She received a bachelor’s in Sociology and Economics from Brandeis University and a master’s in business administration from Simmons College School of Management.
